The best thing I can say to you is that someone has mentioned a vote kick option. This option would be available to donators and trusted members. I do not decide these things, however, I am confident we may add a system like this in the future. The problem with your suggestions is that the rdm menu allows admins to see all active round logs and other information which could be abused by players who gain access to it.
