On the ttt server whenever theres not an admin on theres usually an rdmer and since theres no admin on the rdmer cant get punished/slayed, so i think it would be a good i dea to let the highest ranked player to answer the report so if theres not a admin on or a mod but like a donator is then the donator could view the report.
