I'd like to start my mentioning that I have no power over this matter. It's not my job.

I've known you for a long time, I do not deny that you would make a great admin.
However, we rely strongly on voice communication instead of chat.
Chat can sometimes be misinterpreted, misleading and vulnerable.

My point is that I feel like I haven't gotten to know you very well because I don't know your voice, how you react to situations or how you show emotions.
These are things we look for in applicants and it's more difficult when they only use chat. We can't really observe it, we would have to assume.

Again, I have no power over this but I suggest you invest in a mic and start using voice chat in game and joining us on teamspeak.
It would be great to talk with you in-game while we do sneaky spots on prop hunt
