You choose a job, and you act as it. If you're a gun dealer you open a shop and sell guns, if you're a cop you follow the laws the mayor sets, if you're a hitman you accept hits from other people, etc etc. You don't just spawn ropes and props, and you don't rdm. You can build as every job, and you have to set up the best shop or thing you can, while using a back room to print money. The only time you try to kill is if someone raids you, as they'll kill you to steal your stuff.
