So.... creating a lotery for like 1k points and then having to pay like 50 points to enter and then have them guess a number from like 0-100, and then having them only be able to guess once and hour, and then each hour change the number? Would that be posible to create or something? Or... Thoughts and ideas to make it better or is it just a really stupid Idea and I should just forget it?

First of all, nice to see you on the forums Uber! Second, I think this is a cool idea. Might take away from the "Semi-Vanilla" thing, but idk, its an interesting idea.
