You mean Fredrick getting away with stuff for months on the regular servers you're an active player on right? What, with him being consistently toxic trollbait towards our regular members and staff. Then yeah I suppose you're right there have been worse situations, but I'm just way too blind to distinguish between aggressive shitty players and those who were falsely banned in the eyes of the communities' most productive senior admin.

Listen, we can debate this as long as we want but the point is that everyone has agreed he fucked up colossally on multiple occasions. But then you've come out of the blue with this substance lacking input and zero awareness of the situation and promise him that it was a mistake and something will be done further about it to get unbanned. If you want to actively participate in community matters and ask the banner why they banned the individual (hint, she was the first post in the thread) then feel free to do so. Say this was Crocogator 2.0 we were dealing with. You, in this hypothetical scenario, just ignored the fact that nobody else likes this person for the terrible things they did and you just gave them a little hope speech that it was "probably a mistake" and that they just didn't understand the rules. Then we'd be having a little bit of a bigger problem at hand, and you just defended a staunchly manipulative pedophile who feels that much more inclined to continue their attempts at harassing their way back onto the servers by any means necessary.

This is a repetitive pattern changing bans and other things nobody asked for. It's by no means transparent or leadership like. Participate in the teamspeak, message said admin(s) on steam and find out what exactly is happening. But please don't go butting around making our fun times not fun, and then appeal to the banned person against the will of everybody else whilst simultaneously admitting to quite literally, "I do not know exactly what happened".

Again, the ban sticks and that is general consensus of everybody that is not RyoCraft. Fredrick has been on TGN servers long enough and knows for a fact that he has caused trouble in the past, but has only continued to troll and break rules in spite of multiple warnings and bans.

Ryo, every time Fredrick was on he failRP'd and even once spammed the rope tool a LOT, which caused a lot of lag on the darkRP server. I do not have ill will towards him, but he seemed to strive to cause problems. He seemed to actively try to break rules, which is the only reason he was perma banned. He did nothing but cause problems for staff and users, so that's why he got a perma ban, as Wasney and all the staff that was on agreed that he was being nothing but a toxic player.

I am tired but can't sleep so I'm gonna add my rambling to this.

Fredrick is SOMETIMES a good player on the servers, but when admins aren't on ttt he doesn't really focus on the rules. He will RDM, prop kill, and spam chat with his vulgar binds. Even when admins are on he will break rules, and then when they try to tell him what he's doing wrong he will get rude and type in game chat saying "I KNOW" in all caps. He does it because he knows that his chances of getting a big ban are almost minimal, because he will come on here and make himself sound like he wasn't really in the wrong, which leads to his bans either being lifted or reduced, even when it's not appropriate for it to happen. Which only hurts the regulars who play by the rules and play fairly, I admin on darkRP, and have seen his utter disregard for the rules or what an admin says. Fredrick will not learn unless we treat him like the toxic person he is.

What I'm basically saying is, is that he knows he can get his way by complaining, so he doesn't give enough of a fuck to actually completely follow rules. He bends and twists them however he likes, and then comes here to complain when he gets banned. If you look at his post history most of it is complaining about bans. That should tell you he doesn't really see this as a community forum, he sees this as a place to hop on and whine about when he gets a ban that was rightfully given. If you do not believe that he is toxic, I have a screenshot of him spamming me with disgusting !p messages in game. As well as multiple people who can and will back me up on this.
I just don't think you should ease bans unless you know the situation from other sides, not just the banned person's side. As the ban appeal is very biased towards him not doing many bad things. I'm not trying to come off as an asshole, but attempting to go over the heads of others, even the person who created and pays for the darkRP server without hearing the full story is wrong. If you at least talked to the admins before saying anything about a ban, people wouldn't be upset.
I take pride in being a part of TGN, which is why I'm taking time out of my day to add my two cents. This community is like a second family to me, and I want everyone treated fairly, not one admin going over the heads of the others without knowing both sides.

If you read my post you would understand I do not care about the post for the rules. The rules should be added to the main rule page which thor has told me is being worked on. I have also easily witnessed much worse cases today that were left undealt with and ignored.

So as a witness to this behavior and as blunt as Big Man and the others are, everyone on TGN agreed the ban was nessessary.  If you look through the ban reports this had, in fact, been an ongoing thing and it's always "a mistake" in yours and his eyes when if it is, it would have been fixed.

I, personally, have spoken to Fredrick about his behavior with rdming, prop killing, and vulgarity but he had done nothing to change after multiple bans and warnings.  His behavior on dark rp was the last straw.

Thor had told me once before that if I felt the permanent ban is nessessary it can be done, and in this case multiple admin of all ranks had agreed on it.  If I was there to witness this I would have given him that ban too.

Literally. The only things he hadn't done yet is straight up sexual harassment and racism as far as I am aware.  He likes to blame admin for the fault of his own with no liable proof in anything.  Any other form of trolling, he has done.  Any other form of rule breaking had also been done.

Honestly after multiple bans this punishment fits.
