What traits do you have have that you feel would benefit TGN?: I'm not a piece of shit, I like to think I'm funny, and I'm not completely incompetent.
Why should we choose you over other applications?: Well, for starters I'm the only applicant in a good while, also I'm not incompetent (Not calling other people incompetent).

I have read the rules and (despite most of them having little relevance to Minecraft) will punish players according to them.

So you're never on teamspeak, barely have forum posts and have give little information about yourself...
We take applications seriously. It's not a casual thing, like "Oh you made an application? Hired. Sure.". There are responsibilities that come with this and can be abused, we don't let anyone become an admin. TGN expects people who work hard, put in a lot of effort and go above and beyond their job functions. This application looks like you made it in 2 minutes, think about what that tells us about you.
We've discussed your application before and although it's not normally my job to do this, your application is denied. I'm simply passing a message from the HR team.
Feel free to re-apply, but I suggest you review some accepted applications and put in more effort towards our community.
Because frankly, this is a childish application. I expected more from you.
This mostly comes from the fact that you had said "I'll leave TGN if I don't become admin". You just don't say that, I wasn't impressed.
You didn't even put your age, a small joke is fine, as long as you indicate your age.

Jesus, alright, I'll get back to this with a full reply later, but as of now I just want to make a few points, mostly for me:
1. That "quote" was not my exact words.
2. This is not at all the reply I expected.
3. The MC server was the only reason I'm here, the total loss of the server with no warning has left me with little to no faith in the community.
4. This is a small community that doesn't seem to be growing.

My goal is not to attack you. I'm doing my best to explain our reasoning for denying your application.
I'm not even saying you'd make a bad MC admin. I think you would do a good job.
What I want is for you to make a serious application with more details.
Saying that our community isn't growing is false however.
You only play on our minecraft server, you aren't able to back that up.
Garry's Mod and teamspeak are our main servers and anyone active on there will tell you that it's been growing and active recently.
